President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria,

Abuja.

Your Excellency,

It is with deep sorrow and heartfelt sympathy that I write to commiserate with you, the Government and People of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and most especially the family of our former President, His Excellency Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, on his passing.

President Buhari was a man of immense patriotism, discipline, and devotion to the unity and progress of our beloved nation. His years of service — both in uniform and as a democratically elected leader — will remain etched in the annals of our history as a testament to his unwavering commitment to Nigeria.

In this moment of grief, I join millions of Nigerians in mourning a statesman, a father figure, and a leader whose legacy will continue to inspire generations to come.

May the Almighty grant the late former President eternal rest and give his family and the nation the strength to bear this irreparable loss.
