The Chief Executive of Promise Land Estates and Peace Ambassador, Dr Lawrence Oloche Emmanuel has shed light on the success story of the real estate firm.

According to him, the company has maintained it's vision to create wealth and protect investors' interests.
"He stressed that "our vision is to create wealth for all: moving people out of poverty into prosperity through real estate development. And, if our vision is to take people out of poverty, it means you can't suffer any loss, otherwise it becomes a paradox."
"He added that "we have been doing this; we have done it once, we have done it twice and we have done it even three times, ensuring that investors' money is secure, and this is the practical example that we have here."
Dr Oloche maintained that "There is no investor in Promise Land that will lose money on his investment. We can guarantee that it will never happen no matter the obstacles, the challenges, the trials. We ensure that their investments are protected."
The real estate giant averred that "real estate has proven overtime, as a matter of fact, since time immemorial, to be a hedge against inflation crisis..."
While encouraging Nigerians to invest in real estate, Dr Oloche said under the administration of president Bola Tinubu, "we have seen tremendous infrastructure development, particularly in the FCT, owing to the fact that the FCT minister, His Excellency, Barr Nyeson Wike has opened up all the districts."
In their separate reactions, realtors Nneka Ozoemena and Eze Emmanuel hailed Dr Oloche's integrity and passion to take people out of poverty as well as his fidelity to promises.
