Bridging Housing Deficit Gap: Henez Group CEO Honored With Exemplary Leadership Award

Given the extraordinary role played in the real estate sector of the Nigerian economy as well as the philanthropic gestures which have uplifted and empowered many in the society, especially the youth and the less privileged, the Chief Executive Officer of Henez Group, a real estate developer, Amb Dr Emmanuel Eze has been honored with exemplary leadership award.
The award investiture which took place recently came from one of the leading civil society organizations in the country that has bias for human capital development and safety of the environment and is rooted on the immense contribution of the recipient in the real estate sector and humongous support to the poor and needy.
Dr Eze is said to be playing not only a pivotal role in bridging the gap in the housing deficit by providing affordable homes to those in want, but also is noted to have tremendously helped shape the careers of numerous others in the real estate sector who are now equally providing useful assistance in reducing the housing deficit gap in the country.
It was indeed a colourful event as it added another cap of honor to the recipient who over the years has been accorded countless meritorious awards from different organizations.
According to the information contained in the award letter which was read at the floor of his office, Wuye, Abuja, where the event took place, it was rightfully stated that Dr Eze has over the years demonstrated diligence, resourcefulness and proactiveness in the course of bridging the gap in the country's housing deficit which the organization further said portrays him a perfect exemplar of a chief executive officer of the year, 2024.
Present during the event was his lovely wife, Dr Mrs Helen Eze, few members of his staff and friends who were handy to felicitate with him on the momentous occassion.
In his acceptance speech, Amb Dr Eze commended the organization for finding him eligible and fit for the honor, while assuring of his unweavring commitment and dedication to the selfless service by making positive impact in the real estate sector as well as humanitarian services to the society.
His real estate company, Henez Homes is said to be amongst the leading ones in the sector providing very affordable homes to the market and is making waves in places like Port Harcourt, Owerri, Asaba and Abuja just to mention but a few. Also his profound love and empathy for the downtrodden in the society is equally said to have motivated him to establish the Prince Emmanuel Eze Charity Foundation, a corridor through which he has made significant impact, improving the lives of the less privileged in the society.
