He also averred that 150SQM, 3 Bedroom Terrace Duplex 200SQM, 4 Bedroom Terrace Duplex 300SQM, 4 Bedroom Semi-Detached Terrace Duplex 500SQM and 4 Bedroom Fully- Detached Duplex+ 1 Bedroom BQ.
