Hon. Gude noted that "it is a time for reflection on shared traditions and aspirations that bind us together.

While emphasising the teaching of Id- El Kabir which he said each and every Muslim is a copy right of our prophet who wanted to sacrifice the only son because of the important of this day, so as a Muslim, sacrifices of Ram is not compulsory, if you are financially okay you can celebrate with Ram in ID-EL Kabir.

Hon. MAISATURU GUDE (Okonkwo). Urged Nigerians to lend a helping hand to those less fortunate, in emulation of the ultimate sacrifice made by prophet Ibrahim.

However, he reminded the Id- el kabir celebrants to remember those who are not as fortunate during the celebrations by extending love and care in order to make a positive difference in their lives more especially at this challenge time.

Finally, Hon. MAISATURU GUDE (Okonkwo) Extends warm greetings to all Muslim faithful in Nigeria.
